Fixed fees apply to professional legal fees only and do not include disbursements such as Court filing fees, registration fees, process server fees, or other administrative expenses.

What's Included
Initial consultation via phone, Teams or Zoom to take instructions and review your documents
Prepare and file your Divorce Application
Draft the Acknowledgement of Service and correspondence to the other party
Prepare and sign the Affidavit of Service as an authorised witness, and file with the Court
If the other party does not sign:
- Instruct a process server
- Prepare an Affidavit of Service by Hand
- Prepare an Affidavit Proving Signature
- File all required documents with the Court
Attendance at the Divorce Hearing on your behalf (if required)
Obtain and provide you with your Divorce Order
Manage all communication with you, the Court, the other party, and any process server

Court filing fees, process server fees, and any additional work — including contested matters, property settlements, or parenting matters — are not included and will be charged separately.
